I ultimately went to school for Architecture, which no doubt was very much influenced by me having access to this game since I was 11 years old. I still love the game very much and use it to design houses and other buildings for fun in the rare free time that I have.

The Sims have always been my favorite PC game of all games I’ve ever played. It will always be around as long as it can, but there will be times where I won’t have time to update! Be prepared. I’m not gonna lie, as I get older and I get into my work more, I will have less time for this site. This site and the Sims only take up probably 0.5% of my life, and what with only having one computer be able to run Sims 3, and the other for Sims 2/Sims 1, it’s rough to churn out new content on a regular basis. I started this when I was 21-22 years old and life was much simpler I had lots of free time to play my games and answer questions etc. I know, I am sorry! I am getting into my late 20s and am very busy with my career and personal life. Sometimes you do not post anything for months. Since this Sim blog is strangely so popular, I would rather remain anonymous.Ħ. Yes! But I do not share it on here, because I appreciate my privacy. I don’t post anything that isn’t related to the game. I don’t intend on making this site popular or trying to get recognition from it or whatever to get money. No, never! This is devoted to just funny moments from the Sims game. Is your Tumblr (Simblr or whatever) going to start showing ads and non-related Sim material?

I can’t upload my stuff, because I use so much custom content (and everyone has different rules about who can reuse etc.) plus I don’t have enough time to do things like that….BUT i can tell you where I got the CC from if you would like to get it yourself :)Ĥ. The only other things I post are photos of custom lots that I build, or from the Sim City or Sim Tower games.ģ. Do you post any Sims things other than funny photos/video? Pirated copies of Sims 1 Complete Collection exist out there, and have a chance of working on Windows 10, BUT, be careful…as many sites that offer it are sketchy, have malware, and viruses!Ģ. Getting a no-CD crack for Sims 1 can make it possible to be played on Windows 10.

TL DR…unfortunately Windows 10 will not recognize Sims 1 discs.
HOWEVER, be warned like most pirated copies of old games, there is always a danger of a corrupted file or malware also included and that the site is sketchy. The only other option I know of that works is to find an old pc game website and look for a downloadable copy of the Sims 1 Complete Collection. You can find more information on the Sims 1 no-CD crack here. IF YOU STILL HAVE YOUR CD’S (preferably Sims 1 Complete Collection) you can bypass the need for a CD with a no-CD crack. Generally, the new OS cannot identify that there is a Sims 1 CD in the drive. Windows 10 is essentially configured where most (if not all) old games, from early 2000s-1990s etc, are not compatible by themselves. Is there a way to get Sims 1 or Sims 1 Complete Collection to work on Windows 10? That being said, here is a basic FAQ’s section based on the many questions I get:ġ.
